A production line sound insulation room is a facility specifically designed to reduce noise pollution from industrial production lines. Through systematic acoustic design, it isolates and absorbs the noise generated by the operation of production line equipment, thereby improving the working environment, protecting employees' hearing, and reducing noise interference to the surrounding environment.

Working Principle 

Sound Insulation Layer: The main structure adopts high-density sound insulation panels, such as sound insulation steel plates and sound insulation glass, combined with a sealed frame design to form a physical sound insulation barrier, effectively blocking external high-frequency noise. Doors and windows are equipped with sound insulation sealing strips, and elastic shock-absorbing joints are used between panels to avoid noise transmission caused by rigid connections. 

Sound Absorption Layer: Porous sound-absorbing materials, such as centrifugal glass wool and polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels, are laid on the walls and ceiling. These materials utilize their porous structure to absorb sound wave energy, reduce indoor echoes and reverberation, and achieve efficient absorption of medium and low-frequency noise. 

Shock Absorption Layer: Shock-absorbing pads and spring shock absorbers are laid on the ground. Flexible shock-absorbing brackets are used at the connections between equipment and walls to isolate the transmission of equipment vibration to the building structure and reduce solid-borne sound.
