Structural Principle
The small fan sound insulation enclosure is designed for compact fans (such as axial flow fans, centrifugal fans for ventilation systems) and features a lightweight and detachable structure.

Specification

Framework: Adopts 25–50mm light steel keels or aluminum alloy profiles, which are easy to assemble and disassemble, and suitable for small-space installation scenarios.
Panel Structure: The outer layer uses 0.5–1.0mm galvanized steel sheets or color steel plates for corrosion resistance and mechanical protection; the middle layer is filled with 20–50mm high-density glass wool or rock wool with sound absorption performance; the inner layer is attached with sound insulation damping felt and covered with perforated aluminum plates or PVC perforated panels to enhance sound absorption and prevent material shedding.
Accessories: Equipped with a hinged sound insulation door (sealed with EPDM rubber strips) for daily maintenance and fan disassembly; reserved cable penetration holes with sound insulation sleeves to avoid noise leakage at pipeline joints.
